We would like to help you in organising your treatment and keeping your stay as pleasant as possible with our service.

Personal care – always by your side

We are able to organise your stay at our clinics and also arrange your doctor appointments. If required by yourself, we can accompany you to your medical appointments. If you don’t speak English, French or German, we will arrange an interpreter if possible.

Medical report

We will need a detailed medical report from you in order to ensure that you receive the best possible medical treatment. You can send us this report by e-mail, fax, or by post.

Costs of treatment

If our treatment recommendations indicate that you will have to stay at our hospital as an inpatient, we will prepare an individual offer for you. This will include the probable costs of treatment as well as an estimation of how long the treatment will take at the longest. Regardless of whether you yourself or your medical insurance or health organisation will be paying, we would request advance payment or a letter from your health organisation guaranteeing that they will be covering the costs.
