Ira Floryszak arbeitet seit Mai 2025 als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft mit Bachelorabschluss (WHB) am Institut für Medizinische Soziologie. Derzeit schließt sie den Masterstudiengang Erziehungswissenschaft an der Universität zu Köln ab. Am Institut unterstützt sie die Evaluation des Projektes „KitaGo“.
