Background of cytokine receptor regulation and signaltransduction in T-cells
Cytokines mediate important signalfunctions for T-cells, which regulate i.a. the activation, proliferation, polarization and the development of an immune memory. In particular the regulation of these mechanisms within the signal transduction, i.a. by molecules of the Suppressor of Cytokine Signaling (SOCS) family has a crucial meaning. The following projects engage the characterization of these processes.
