Ms. Helena Grüter studied applied health and nursing sciences at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University and at the same time completed vocational training as a paediatric nurse at Ulm University Hospital. She also completed a Master's degree in Public Health at Heinrich Heine University. In her master's thesis, she focussed on integrated services for children and young people from parents with mental health and addiction problems in Düsseldorf. Since December 2022, she has been working in the field of child health services research in childhood and adolescence at Düsseldorf University Hospital. Initially as a research assistant and currently as a research associate in the PedSupport project.
