The project “Student survey on child protection in medicine” is funded by the Jürgen Manchot Foundation and is carried out in cooperation with the Institute of Forensic Medicine.
As part of a survey, our team is determining the level of knowledge and perceived skills of human medicine and dentistry students on the subject of child protection in medicine. This is intended to create the basis for identifying needs for further teaching and learning content. The project lays the foundation for a targeted and needs-oriented transfer of knowledge in future courses and can thus contribute to greater awareness, confidence and self-efficacy in future generations of doctors.
