Carmen Herr
Research assistant
Carmen Herr is a doctor in specialist training in pediatrics at the UKD and a doctoral student at the Chair of Child Health Services Research. She passed her medical state examination at Gutenberg University Mainz in 2021. In the same year, she obtained a B.A. degree in ethnology at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. She then completed a Master's degree in Medical Anthropology & Sociology at the University of Amsterdam (2021-2022). As part of her master's thesis, she worked with children aged three to six years on how kindergarten children deal with the corona pandemic. Since December 2022, she has been working as a research assistant in the PICAR project and is responsible for the qualitative interview study as sub-project manager.
